Vegetarian food is often regarded as bland and unappealing. With Tilda sauces there is no limit to the exciting vegetarian dishes that you can create by adding any vegetable. Ones that work especially well are potatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers, carrots, baby sweetcorn, aubergine, courgette, cauliflower, spinach, potato and for a change sweet potato.
