INGREDIENTS
800g of cooked Tilda Easy Cook Basmati
150-200ml French vinaigrette
150g Rocket
200g Sunblush tomatoes
2 red peppers, sliced
METHOD
1. Toss the hot rice with the vinaigrette and allow to cool.
2. Mix through the rocket, tomatoes (including the oil from the tomatoes) and peppers, season and serve with griddled fish/meat.
