Congratulations to Dez Turland from Brend Hotels, the lucky winner of our fantastic A Taste of Italy competition. Dez was whisked away for a once-in-a-lifetime Italian cookery experience with world renowned risotto chef Andrea Messini at his restaurant, Le Gemme di Artemisia in Lake Garda. Dez told the judges, "Tilda is quite simply the best quality rice available, for its consistency, taste, texture and value, making it a must for any serious chef."
